DESIGN AND FIT:
The hybrid drivers are neatly enclosed in a zinc alloy shell that feels premium and a bit heavy on the ears at the same time. The orange-coloured faux leather pattern on the faceplate adds a nice touch to its aesthetics. 2 pin connectors are kept recessed onto the body for improved ergonomics. All these factors made this design choice an optimal one both in terms of aesthetics and ergonomics.
The stock cable is a braided one that’s free of micro phonics and does provides a good in hand feel. Though the stock carry case doesn’t look attractive, it’s practical enough to store your IEM’s from damages. The replaceable nozzle filters are added onto the package, giving user the flexibility in choosing the signature they want.
SOUND IMPRESSIONS:
MS2 Pro showcases a V shaped signature that has a dominating bass response and an energetic treble with slight trade-offs in the mid-section and tonality. Though not technically strong, this handles your fun mood icing on the cake.
SETUP: MS2 Pro in Red Nozzle + AP80 Pro Max, VE Megatron
BASS SECTION:
- A dominant response from both sub and mid bass profiles that takes control throughout the presentation.
- Mid-bass takes a step ahead providing a fuller and weighty response that makes them appear thick.
- Kick drums got nice impact providing the needed reverberations for an ethereal atmosphere.
- Snare drums occasionally get lost in the presentation due to the heavier mid bass presence.
- Speed and decay are on the precise side providing long lasting effect even after the note leaves the place.
MID-SECTION:
- Laidback presentation is what displayed here with slightly receded vocals.
- The added warmth gives the lower mid and the male vocals enough body.
- Upper mid elevation is appreciated giving the female vocals a sense of space.
- The instrumentals and the vocals however feel pushed back due to heavier bass and elevated treble response.
TREBLE:
- The accentuated treble does give the needed brightness and shimmer in the top end.
- Despite the elevation, the sibilance is kept under control with no noticeable harshness.
- High hats show precise attack and decay leaving no room for congestion.
- Trumpets and cymbal crashes strikes on point that makes the presentation appear airy.
TECHNICALITIES:
STAGING AND IMAGING: A nice holographic stage is elicited by the MS2 Pro that provides immense space for the notes. The channel sweep feels smooth with no noticeable stutters between the channels. The hybrid setup helps this to deliver an above average resolution that handles the macro dynamics well.
DETAIL RETRIEVAL: The BA in it brought the best out of the MS2 Pro extracting all the essential nuances with ease. This does replay the complex tracks well with negligible congestion.

VERDICT:
MS2 Pro from the house of Hidizs with its hybrid driver setup (10.2mm Dynamic Driver + 1 Customised BA) delivers a DELIGHTFUL “V” profile that keeps one grooving all under the price tag of 75USD! The zinc alloy shell and the orange-coloured faux leather pattern on the faceplate gives this the enough premium factor. The 2 pin connectors are neatly recessed onto the body that keeps the look of the IEM clean. The provided stock cable is of good quality with no micro phonics that interrupts one listening session. The included stock carry case is good with a magnetic latch, yet it could have been better for this price.
The sound impressions are based on the red tuning nozzle which reproduces a fairly balanced sound
The delightful V profile delivers an impactful bass response and an energetic treble with slightly recessed mid-section. Mid bass has the upper hand providing immense warmth and body to the overall presentation with slightly slower decay. Treble got enough energy to showcase its vivid character with decent extension.
The gripe with the MS2 Pro is its coloured tone (warmer) and the slightly recessed mid-section that makes the vocals to take a step back. As for the staging and technical aspects, this covers well and good with its wide stage presence and precise imaging. The detail retrieval is on par with its competitors yet not the most technical.
Overall, the Hidizs MS2 Pro ticks the boxes that one needs to groove all day! A good choice for those seeking pure fun.

- Balanced V Signature
- Spacious staging with Airy Treble
