For me, I have tried hundreds of different eartips, and I have found that any eartips with a line in the middle are a big no for me.

That slight line in the middle makes my ear itchy, and it feels like it scratches the inside of my ear.

After trying hundreds of different eartips, the ones I love the most are the FiiO HS18 and the ddHiFi ST35. The reasons are that they are very affordable, and together they cover all tips I need. If I need a longer eartip for short nozzles, I use the ST35. If I need a shorter and softer one for long nozzles, I use the HS18.

The ST35 uses a SpinFit like system, so it is comfortable and naturally adjusts to the shape of the ear canal. The HS18, is extremely thin and soft, and because of that, it also easily takes the shape of the ear canal. Both are very comfortable for me and work well with every IEM I own.
