Sennheiser is a brand that has been around for a long time, and the Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless doesn’t stray too far from the Sennheiser style. It has an accurate low end with just a touch of low end emphasis, a full midrange, and balanced highs, which are all typical Sennheiser traits. Sennheiser headphones have been around for generations. Momentum 4 is good for a wide range of musical styles because of this. However, it works best with music that sounds better with a strong, full midrange, like pop, rock, and electronic music. In other words, Momentum 4 is more than suitable for all of these types of music.
The Sennheiser Momentum 4 Wireless is a new-generation Bluetooth and ANC-compatible headphone that is reasonably priced and has good software support via the Sennheiser Control app. Let’s dive into its details.
Pros__
Very safe sound signature
Clarity is high for most vocals
Comfortable on the ear
Supplied cable is enhancing the sound
Cons__
Upper mid segment
Resolution isn’t high
Background in complex music is muffled
Bluetooth codecs are limited
The Sound
Its average on of the main areas of technicalities. Sennheiser needs to get on this immediately to score good in the Sennheiser Momentum 4 Review..And blaming the Bluetooth codec is not an option because my ears have also heard and reviewed Focal Bathys, and even though the technical aspects of those headphones weren’t particularly impressive, you were still getting a better experience than this. On the other hand, it works very well in genres that are generally prone to disturbance. Sennheiser needs to improve the sound quality of their headphones if they want to keep being a market leader in the personal sound industry. Also, to make sure that their customers are happy, they need to make sure that the headphones they sell are strong enough to last through a lot of use. Even though the headphones are comfortable, Sennheiser needs to work on making products that sound better and are built to last.
Bass
Momentum 4 has an undeniably low end flavor. But specifically speaking, it has a warm sound signature and smoothes out responses, bass included. Some might even call this lackluster since it’s weak on attacks and bass slam. However, many would argue that the laid-back sound signature of Momentum 4 serves as an enjoyable break from other products on the market that boast strong attacks and increased bass presence But everything will change after the cable is connected to a source. When connected to a source, the Momentum 4 undergoes a makeover, and the sound signature becomes more detailed and full bodied
Mid
Mids shine if you reduce the bass dominance either by elevating the treble and/or mid band of the equalizer. But be ready for the grainy and somehow tubey vocals unless you push the cups to your ears. Aside from cup pushing, what you get is only some notches beyond ordinary. Thank god to its neutral midband. However, even with my thanks, you aren’t getting a vibrant atmosphere from Hans Zimmer’s live tracks. Instruments are only for sampling purposes, as it seems.
Treble
Treble is symbolic most of the time. You’ve got to EQ it through the software and raise the relevant bar high to get it to a realistic level. However, it responds well to EQ tinkering, even though its too crude, and a mere boost of 4 dB is a lifesaver. When applying equalization to treble, it is important to remember that a too drastic of an increase can result in harsh and unpleasant frequencies. Raising the volume higher results in nasal vocals, synthetic playback, etc. High treble can be a blessing and a curse, depending on the situation
Telephone Calls and Software Support__
Perfect in both categories. You have smooth and functional software support and your sound is crystal clear to the other side. And even though you make noise on your side, the receiver hardly hears anything but your voice. Same goes for the other person too.
EQ effects and other software function are applied immediately.
Cable Usage__
I’d want to claim that it emerged like a phoenix from the ashes, but the fact that it had dx300 power supporting it didn’t cause it to make a complete U turn in Sennheiser Momentum 4 Review.
Even if everything has a more neutral tone, there is a thin cloud over everything that prevents clarity. On the other hand, increased power is beneficial to it without causing it to become distorted in any way. Just now, the H gain is at 47/100, which puts it right on the brink of a high volume level.
At the same time, I am picking up on what sounds like a very faint 3D imaging, as well as weaker layering and extensions. The texture is slightly better than average by one or two dots.
BUT
The cable connection to the reliable old V30 is helpful. The relatively modest power of the V30 was a source of comfort. Put aside layering, fine details, and texturing for the moment. The neutral character of V30 became the remedy for the averageness of its sound by transforming it into an average with a particular sound quality while keeping it at the top of songs. It makes no attempt to dive any deeper.

Verdict
This headphone has a reasonable price, active noise cancellation, a transparency mode, and produces crystal clear phone calls; generally, it is a decent value. The sound quality is rated as a C (or a B- when connected by cable), and it has active noise cancellation. This headphone is an excellent option for people who enjoy listening to music or podcasts because of its stable wireless connectivity, easy touchpad control, and long battery life. Its extra-soft ear cushions, ergonomic design, and lightweight construction make it easy to listen to music for long periods of time. Furthermore, this headphone is a great investment for people who are often on the go as it is easy to transport and set up quickly. Congratulations to Sennheiser for crafting a headphone for the intended usage. But a little bit of negative criticism after those in the past.
Thanks for your excellent review dear expert audiophile and reviewer Mr.Efe Mahir Falay 🙏👌🎧🎼🎶😊⚓️
Best EQ settings for pop, sing and songwriter stuf and dance ?
They have different priorities. But I’d suggest that, you should raise all at all.
